For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Nexagenz may contact customers through WhatsApp, telephone, or other available communication channels to confirm their order details.

COD orders may be held until confirmation is received.

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery information and confirm orders only when they genuinely intend to receive the shipment.

Any cancellation fees or deductions, where applicable, will be subject to our published policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

All prices displayed on Nexagenz are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier partners may attempt redelivery or return the shipment to the fulfillment facility.

Customers will not automatically be charged a separate Return to Origin (RTO) fee merely because a delivery attempt fails.
